Vineyards from the Northern section of Heathcote were selected, mainly around Corop. The ancient red Cambrian soils of Northern Heathcote are ideal for dark fruited, rich, soft Cabernet.
TASTING NOTE
The intense dark colour is red with a purple edge. Ripe blackberry and blueberry characters, cedarwood and liquorice. Soft, rich, mouth-coating, balanced tannin, hints of classic Cabernet, authentically Heathcote.
