R De Ruinart Brut Champagne 750ML

R de Ruinart Brut is a champagne that has been crafted from a coupage Chardonnay, Pinot Noir, and Pinot Meunier by the Maison Ruinart winery. These grapes were harvested by hand and Pinot Noir is the dominate grape varietal in this French champagne.

During the vinification process the alcoholic fermentation was realized in stainless steel vats at controlled temperatures. The coupage of this champagne includes between 20 and 25% reserve wines from the previous two years to the base wine grape year.

Blunt, well-balanced, and round, with a grand sensation of meatiness. There are aromatics from delicious and flavorful ripe stone fruits, plums, and juicy peaches. This coupage of flavors is presented along a grand creaminess that supports the effervescence of this wine which is very delicate and melts in the mouth. There is good acidity which is very well-balanced and supports this champagne´s nuanced freshness. The finish is very pleasant and persistent with a pure expression of Chardonnay that immediately noticeable. Ruinart Brut champagne is a very well-balanced French sparkling wine.
