An intensely rich Oloroso from Gonzalez Byass, Matusalem has been aged for more than thirty years and sweetened with the addition of some Pedro Ximinez. Palomino 75%, Pedro Ximenez 25% (roughly).
TASTING NOTES
Sweet and savoury, with acidity and a herbal edge. Walnut, chocolate, figs and raisins with a touch of citrus. Perfect on its own, with cheese or a rich rice pudding.
