The Dark Chocolate Rum is made from pure sugar cane juice and powerful molasses. In small batches, fresh sugarcane juice is gently fermented and then double distilled in copper kettles, during which the molasses is gradually cooked and then simply distilled in Column style. These two rums form the basis of Deadhead Rum and are crucial for its perfect harmony Complexity.
